Acro will modify its standard designs to tailor
one of our products for your application.
Nearly all aspects of our standard designs can be altered: dimensions,
mounting configuration, wire termination, cabling, color, surface
finish, labeling, seals, position sensors, tube slots, pinching characteristics,
electric/pneumatic supply requirements, actuation/deactuation times,
noise, and number of tubes. Our range of standard pinch valves can
be tailored to meet the needs of most applications.
This level of service is achieved by routing inquiries
to our applications engineering department using our Application
Review Worksheet.
After receiving information about your application, our
engineers collaborate with you to select the most appropriate
model of pinch valve for your application and tailor it
as needed. We assign it a reference “Version” or “V” number,
so that you can easily reorder.
For applications where a custom design is required,
we will partner with your engineering staff to produce
a proprietary
valve or fluid control system.
